Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 September 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
Tempari is operated by Mohammed Enqira El Yousfi, trading as Tempari, based in Denmark. In these terms:
- “we” and “us” mean that operator;
- “you” means the person or business that holds an account.
By creating an account or using Tempari, you agree to these terms. If you agree on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
2. What the service does
Tempari is booking software for businesses. You create an account, add one or more branches and publish the services those branches offer. Your customers then book appointments at times you are available.
We provide the software. The appointments, the pricing and the relationship with your customers are yours.
3. Your account
- You must give accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by the people you invite to it.
- Keep your login details secret. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to hold an account.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Tempari to:
- break the law, or help anyone else to;
- send unsolicited marketing to the people who book with you;
- publish content that is unlawful, deceptive or infringes someone else’s rights;
- attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its access controls;
- resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.
We may suspend an account that is used this way. We will tell you why, unless the law stops us.
5. Connected apps
You can connect third-party services to Tempari, such as Google Calendar. When you do:
- you authorise us to access that service on your behalf, as described in the Privacy Policy;
- your use of that service is governed by its own terms, such as Google’s Terms of Service;
- you can disconnect it at any time in Tempari’s settings or in the provider’s account settings.
We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party services.
6. Your data and your customers’ data
The bookings, customer details and business information you put into Tempari remain yours. We process them to run the service for you, and on your instructions.
For the personal data of the people who book with you, you are the data controller and we are your processor. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Our Data Processing Agreement governs that processing. The business owner accepts it on the business’s behalf when creating the business.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Tempari available and correct, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We provide the service with reasonable efforts.
We may change, add or remove features. If a change removes something you rely on, we will give you reasonable notice by email.
8. Fees
Fees, billing periods and any trial are as shown on our pricing page when you subscribe. Prices exclude VAT unless stated.
We will give you at least 30 days’ notice before a price change takes effect for your account.
9. Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time. We may end this agreement with 30 days’ notice, or immediately if you materially breach these terms.
When your account closes, we lock it and keep your data for 30 days. During that time, you can ask us to reopen the account or send you a copy of your data. After that, we delete or anonymise the data according to the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for fraud.
Subject to that:
- our total liability arising from this agreement in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period;
- we are not liable for lost profits or lost business;
- we are not liable for lost data beyond what the law requires.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Tempari after the change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
The date at the top of this page shows when these terms last changed.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law, and the Danish courts have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not affect any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings where you live.
