You set the booking-form questions for each service, such as a company registration number and what the meeting is about, so you can prepare before the client arrives.
Online or at the office
Choose per service. In-person meetings show your address, and online meetings get a Teams link automatically once you connect your Outlook calendar with a Microsoft 365 work or school account.
Shared client records
On Team, the whole business shares one set of client records. Owners and admins see every client, while other staff only see the clients they have met or added themselves.
The same price when you hire
Team has a flat price per branch with unlimited staff. Adding a new employee or an intern never costs more.
Frequently asked questions
Can a client choose a specific person?
Yes. On Plus and Team you choose how bookings are assigned: the client picks, anyone available, or a fixed person.
Can different people offer different services?
Yes. Each staff member is assigned to the services they offer, and clients only see the people who can deliver the service they picked.
Do online meetings get a Teams link?
Yes, once you connect your Outlook calendar with a Microsoft 365 work or school account. A personal Outlook.com account can't be used for Teams links. New services start as in-person meetings, so switch the services that need a link to online.
Does Tempari replace our accounting software?
No. Tempari handles booking, while accounts and bookkeeping stay in your own system.
Do clients get a reminder before the meeting?
Yes. Email reminders are free and unlimited, and SMS reminders can be switched on.
Where is our clients' data stored?
In the EU, with a data processing agreement. If you connect a Microsoft or Google calendar yourself, the bookings you sync also go to that provider.
How much does it cost?
From €13 a month excluding VAT for one person. Team is €66 a month per branch with unlimited staff. Every plan can be tried free for 30 days, no card required.
