Can booking sit on our own website?
Yes. Every service has a code snippet you paste into your website, and booking shows right on the page. If you'd rather link, your booking page also has its own address.
Do I need a developer?
No. You add the link like any other link, and paste the snippet into a custom HTML block, which most website builders have.
Do I need to install a plugin?
No. Booking is served by Tempari, so there is nothing to install, update or secure on your own website.
Do customers get a confirmation and a reminder?
Yes. Customers get a confirmation when they book and a reminder before the appointment. Email reminders are free and unlimited, and SMS can be switched on.
Can I have more than one branch?
Yes. Each branch gets its own booking page. On the Team plan you can add more branches, each billed separately.
Where is my customers' data stored?
In the EU. Tempari is GDPR compliant and offers a data processing agreement. If you connect a Google or Microsoft calendar yourself, the bookings you sync also go to that provider.
